What if I want to sell my fraction?
You can sell your share at any time. The deed includes your name alongside the other co-owners and you can transfer your part. We give you the option to list it on our internal investor network or in the Nomad Humans community.
Are there additional costs?
All operational costs (maintenance, cleaning, utilities, platform commissions and administration) are included in the monthly operation, deducted from earnings before distribution. No hidden costs. Major improvements are decided collectively among co-owners.
What annual return can I expect?
We project an average net annual return of 10%. Real return varies depending on property, condition, season, personal use and rate optimization.
Who handles maintenance and daily operations?
Nomad Humans handles absolutely everything: marketing, bookings, cleaning, guest service, general maintenance and review management. As an owner, you only enjoy when you visit or check monthly income.
How much time per year can I use my property?
You have the right to use days according to calendar availability and the amount invested. The larger your percentage, the more weeks you have available.
